Questions
Who pays?
One person pays for the whole household. Everyone else in it uses the paid plan for free.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your household goes back to the free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted: you just can't add more of anything that's over the free limits until you're back under them. If more people are in it than the free plan allows, the owner has 30 days to choose who stays.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Who handles payments?
Payments go through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles sales tax and receipts.
